- Delivery Partnerships: In cases where a project needs specialized skills or larger scale, we form delivery partnerships (much like our strategic partnership with ZingWorks, where Trushift manages client relationships and our partner provides deep technical expertise in specific areas). This model ensures that clients get a one-stop-shop experience – the right expertise is on the team, under unified leadership and quality control.
- Referral & Co-Selling Partnerships: We collaborate with select organizations in a referral or coselling capacity, where we introduce each other’s services to our respective clients when there’s a clear benefit. In these partnerships, trust is paramount – we only recommend partners that we believe will truly help our clients succeed, and vice versa.

We start with open dialogue – getting to know each other’s strengths, business objectives, and values. In this phase, we identify potential collaboration areas and ensure there’s a cultural and strategic fit.

Next, we work together to outline how we will collaborate. This includes defining roles and responsibilities (e.g., who manages client interfacing, who provides technical delivery, etc.), target markets or industries, joint value propositions, and any go-to-market strategies. We formalize the partnership with a clear agreement – whether it’s an MOU, partnership contract, or JV agreement.
